How it works
Find your race
Marathon, half, 10K or any distance. Search races worldwide or add your own.
Add your trip
Where you fly from, when you leave, land and head home.
Set your goal
Your target time turns into splits and a race-morning plan.
Use it all week
One plan with a timeline, checklist and official links, online or printed.
What's in your plan
Day-by-day timeline
From the sleep shift before you fly to the trip home, built around your actual dates.
Jet-lag plan
How far your body clock moves, how long it needs, and when to get light.
Race morning
Wake, eat, leave, bag drop and start, worked back from the gun.
Pacing splits
Every 5 km with elapsed and clock time for your goal.
Logistics
Airports, transfers, start transport, bib pickup, money, power, emergency numbers.
Checklist
Documents, travel, kit and body, ticked off as you go.
Jet lag, handled
Arrive with your body clock on race time
Light is the strongest signal your body clock follows. Your plan works out how far your clock has to move, starts shifting your sleep before you fly, and tells you when to get bright light and when to keep it dim, so race morning doesn't feel like the middle of the night.
- Sleep shift for the days before you fly
- How adjusted you'll be by race morning
- Premium: an hour-by-hour light and dark guide, day by day
Your race week, offline

Is it only for marathons?
No. Plan any distance: marathons, halves, 10Ks or your own race. Pacing and race morning adjust to the distance.
Can it tell me if I need a visa?
Entry rules depend on your passport and change over time, so we link to the official government sources instead of guessing.
Which races are supported?
Search hundreds of races in more than 80 countries. 18 major marathons, from New York, London and Tokyo to Hong Kong, Amsterdam and the Gold Coast, are checked in detail. Can't find yours? Add it, including halves and 10Ks, and get the same plan.
